Job Description

Talent acquisition - discover and attract excellent talent in the market as per the organizations growth needs.
Sourcing and screening of candidates as per position requirements.
Managing the requirements of the service lines within stipulated timelines.
Ensuring coordination with prospective candidates for their smooth onboarding.
Manage and support transactions related to onboarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees.
Process documentation and prepare reports
Managing recruitment related software
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Coordinates special programs for the recruiting function such as employee referrals, etc.
Carries out special projects and assignments.

Required Candidate profile

Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes
Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications.
Ability to research information and analyze data, arrive at valid conclusions and make recommendations and plan of action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
