Sales Head - SaaS at a platform looking to make a dent in a $120 BN/year.

Our Business: A b2b platform to standardize and make more efficient the highly
fragmented inefficient Indonesian market for the real estate and construction
industry. To create a transparent, efficient and seamless experience for the
industry offering the highest quality procurement system that creates value for all
stakeholders involved. Founder has 20+ years of experience in the industry
across the US, Asia and India.

Looking for: a self-motivated and highly driven Sales Head for SaaS Business
(Real Estate Project Development ERP Platform).

Must have excellent interpersonal skills with a drive to make new relationships.
The candidate should have a good understanding of the real estate industry and
also relevant knowledge of Software Solutions and preferably 5-8 years of
Software sales experience and overall experience of 8-12 years.

Job role requirement:
Post graduate from Management and Engineering (Computers / IT) background
with 8-12 years of experience in B2B environmemt.

Strong sales and account management skills.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation to clients.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle
uncertainty. Go getter with strong self drive
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on
the needs of the department or business goals.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be selfmotivated.
Must be willing to travel across the country.

What you will do:
The goal of the SaaS sales head is to generate and close opportunities
and also manage the all India Sales Team of SaaS sales professional.

Also, collaborate with the E-commerce teams to generate and work
jointly on Ecommerce opportunities for the b2b procurement platform.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the revenue from existing customers while attracting new
ones by way of client acquisition and penetration.
You will engage with the top-level executives of the
developers/contractors in the industry to generate leads through
product presentation/demos and effectively communicate the products
value proposition.
This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing
qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.
This role will handle all first contact with new clients and build
relationships through marketing activity events, campaigns, direct
mail, email, etc.

Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified
Consistent use of sales approach and techniques based on product
or service solutions.
Log, track and maintains customer contact and contact records.
Attend sales meetings, vendor training, local trade shows to keep
current with technology.
Providing management with feedback
