Job Description

  • Possess 10-12 years of Industry experience and at least 3 years of experience in Online Selling of Insurance.
  • MBA (preferably in Insurance) and with Insurance degree will have added advantage.
  • Must possess the knowledge on retails products of Insurance like Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Home Insurance etc.
  • Manage eCommerce Insurance business and its P&L. Develop business plan and achieve targeted Top line and Bottom line.
  • Manage team of POSPs across India for Insurance Sale for retail business and develop on its own, Plan the complete strategy on expansion and sustainability.
  • Develop and execute strategy to generate targeted business numbers through website, tele-assist, online mode and other digital platforms.
  • Drive digital culture within the organization towards the achievement of long term digital strategy and goals.
  • Work along with digital marketing team in development and execution of online marketing strategy to generate relevant traffic and leads on the website.
  • Own the business target and P&L for the e-business vertical. Actively participate in formulation and execution of overall business & product strategy, expense management, call center strategy, customer service.
  • Responsible for ensuring Digital Sales team meet their expected Productivity by ensuring steady flow of leads through various tools managing various digital campaigns with the Product/Marketing team on sourcing customers through Website/Mobile App/E Mail campaigns/SMS campaigns.
  • Drive the Ecommerce business for company including channel deliveries on business plan in consultation with various insurers and other related business partner.
  • Increase eCom sales and profitability & Identify new areas of eCom opportunity.
  • Drive of strong interpersonal skills to coordinate and cooperate among various department in organization.
  • Strong Team building skills are must to have and should be able to drive his team, train regularly and get the desired output.
  • Leading, training and monitoring team’s performance to ensure efficiency in sales and operations and simultaneously setting up the new operations and sales processes.
  • Lead and develop adequate and equitable personnel policies throughout the organization, including compensation policies and employee benefit plans.
  • Ensure that the interests and welfare of employees as individuals are preserved and protected.
  • Ensuring the compliance of the Business according to the Law of the Land. Provide sales reports to the management and present the same in various budget meets.
